About Canada FBLA

Canada FBLA was established in 2013 as the Canadian branch of the largest student business organization in the world. FBLA members are self-motivated, high-achieving leaders who network with like-minded peers, earn international recognition, attend exciting conferences, and learn how to excel in the business world. Our annual event, the Canadian National Leadership Conference, brings together students from across the country to compete, network and learn.

History of FBLA-PBL

While teaching at Columbia University in 1937, Professor Hamden L. Forkner envisioned a national organization that would unite the thousands of business clubs in America’s high schools and colleges. Little did he know, his simple concept for Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) would become the largest and oldest career student business organization in the world.
